Thesis subject : Doctorate studies on Passing History are underway at the Institute for Ataturk’s Principles and Revolutionary History, University Hacettepe. Courses have already been passed and thesis phase is continuing on. The title of the thesis is "Common Foreign Policy of the European Union and Turkey".

In order to establish the National Agency in charge of EU Educational and Youth Programmes, namely "Socrates", "Leonardo da Vinci", and "Youth", he was nominated in the post of the Head of Department. Then he had administered the necessary negotiations with the EU Commission, undersigned and implemented agreements on preparatory measures.

At the Strategy Centre, as a newly established body at the Ministry of Interior, he was in charge of coordination of projects, undertaken in such fields as corruption, public ethics, strategy setup and implementation, immigration and settlement politics, prevention of illegal immigration, citizenship and population, and project preparation and implementation. This function had been administered together with the Office of Head of Citizenship Services.

This mission had successfully been administered for about four years and critical responsibilities had been taken over in setting up citizenship policies of Turkey.
