Implementation of Promotion and Branding Management Plans

The project envisages, firstly, the development and implementation of “Management Plans” for sites bearing importance in terms of tourism and culture, and then development of identified sites as tourism attraction centres as a part of efforts for the promotion and branding of provinces where these sites exist.

In this context, Harran and Savur Area Management Plans were developed and implementation started in 2016 following the approval of these plans.

In the same context, the Harran Urban Design Project work starting in 2016 will be completed in 2018. Further, “Improvements in Dome Houses” in Harran and “Street Improvement Project” in Savur, both physical to be implemented in 2018, will facilitate the implementation of Area Management Plans.
